We are committed to providing 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address and correct any issues.

2. Customer Consent for Service Location

By booking our services, you confirm that you have the necessary permission to have our team perform services at the specified location, whether it is your home, workplace, or other approved site.

3. Booking and Payments

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.

Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety, or equipment issues.
