Cancellation Policy

**📘 Mobile Detailing Booking Policy** ## **Appointments** - All services are by appointment only. - Please make sure your vehicle is accessible and all personal belongings are removed before your detailer arrives. - The person booking the service must be present at the start of the appointment unless otherwise arranged. ## **Deposits** - A **non‑refundable deposit** is required to secure all appointments. - Your deposit is applied toward the final service total. - If you reschedule with proper notice (see below), your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. ## **Cancellations & Rescheduling** - We require **at least 24 hours’ notice** to cancel or reschedule. - Appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in a **forfeited deposit**. - **No‑call/no‑show appointments** may be charged **up to 50% of the scheduled service**. ## **Vehicle Condition** - Pricing is based on vehicles in average condition. - Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or neglected interiors may require additional charges. - If the vehicle is excessively soiled or poses a health/safety risk, service may be refused. ## **Arrival & Access** - Please ensure your vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location with enough space for our team to work. - If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle or the environment is unsafe, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited. ## **Weather Policy** - Severe weather may require rescheduling for safety and service quality. - If we must reschedule due to weather, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. ## **Satisfaction Guarantee** - If you notice anything that needs attention, please contact us within **24 hours** so we can address it promptly.
